The Centre at Casino New Brunswick has been designed to be infinitely reconfigurable allowing for many different seating plans and configurations. We can accommodate groups from 400 to 1800, in a space of approx. 25,000 sq. ft. The Centre will accommodate just about any event and will have an experienced team to make your event shine. General Catering Information

Due to City and Provincial Health Regulations, all Food and Beverage served in the Centre is to be provided by Casino New Brunswick, with the exception of wedding cakes.

In accordance with City of Moncton Bylaws, smoking is not permitted in the Centre.

A guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours prior to your event.   If the guaranteed number has not been received, the charge will be based on the previously discussed attendance figure or the actual number attending, whichever is greater.   Casino New Brunswick will prepare and set for 5% above the guaranteed number, to a maximum of 20, space permitting.

A deposit of up to $2,000.00 (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of all anticipated charges must be presented 60 days prior to event.  Full payment is required 72 hours prior to the event. A credit card is required to settle any outstanding charges.

Should it be necessary for you to cancel your event less than two weeks prior to the date contracted, a charge equal to the room rental rate and 25% of the anticipated Food and Beverage revenues will be assessed as a cancellation charge.

Casino New Brunswick is responsible for all beverage sales and service in accordance with the New Brunswick Liquor Control Board. Casino New Brunswick will supply all alcoholic beverages served in a licensed public area. No liquor service is permitted after 2:00 a.m.

Space for the event is booked only for the times indicated. Should set up and dismantle times be required, please specify at time of booking.

Gratuity of 15% and 13% HST will apply to all Food, Hosted Beverages and Room Rental prices. Functions held on Canadian Statutory Holidays will be charged an additional $3.00 per Guest.

All live or taped entertainment/music is subject to SOCAN Fees (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) - rates are based on the number of Guests attending.
