Meet our new Executive chef!

Casino New Brunswick is pleased to announce our new award winning Executive Chef Kevin Robert. 

Kevin has worked as a Chef at leading Ontario Casino kitchens for 15 years and has been honoured with the prestigious Eagle Award and the Chieftain award - a testament to Kevin’s leadership, culinary talents and excellence.

His philosophy on food and cooking is to always start with excellent quality ingredients and bring their flavours to life with the right blend of seasonings and sauces.

Whether you are dining in our Buffet, or in our Moose’s Wild pub, Kevin strives to ensure that all guests at Casino New Brunswick enjoy a delicious and satisfying dining experience they won’t soon forget.
