Once you have submitted your application, it will be reviewed and evaluated by a committee that meets once a month. Please make your request early. We receive hundreds of requests a year. The evaluation process can take 6 to 8 weeks -or even longer for major regional or national events! If you are planning a large event, please submit your request at least 9 to 12 months in advance. For medium to small events, we ask that you apply at least 4-6 months prior.
