All mobile phones and pagers must be turned to silent during the performance and please be aware that all forms of video and still photography are strictly prohibited at the Centre.
Bars and concessions accept cash only. There are 2 ATM machines within The Centre, located in the lobby.
Food and beverage items purchased off-site are not permitted in the venue.
Normally, only bottled water may be taken into the auditorium, however, if a "stadium endorsement" is in effect for a particular performance, alcoholic beverages will also be permitted.

There is no dress code for concerts at the Centre. Most patrons wear business clothes or casual clothes, but you'll see everything from jeans and khakis to cocktail dresses and tuxedos, depending on the event.
Following universal concert etiquette serves to provide the best possible listening environment for you, your fellow audience members and the performers on stage. Your consideration for fellow patrons and performers, by not causing any distraction that will disturb the atmosphere of the concert, will ensure everyone's full enjoyment of the live performance.
Please turn off your cell phones, pagers, watch-alarms before entering The Centre.
Use of cameras, video-audio recording devices in The Centre is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from quiet conversations, whispers, singing, and humming and crinkly candy wrappers as the acclaimed acoustics of The Centre carry your conversation and disruptions all the way to the stage as well as to the patrons around you.
Leaning forward or standing will impair the sightlines of other patrons. Please be considerate of those behind you. For your safety, please remain seated until the performance has ended and the house lights have been turned on.

The Centre can accommodate wheelchairs. To purchase tickets for an event when you require Wheelchair Access, tickets must be purchased through Ticketbreak directly at 1-866-9-GET-TIX / 1-866-943-8849. Please inform the ticket seller of your needs when you purchase tickets.
How early should I arrive?
We suggest you allow plenty of time for your arrival before a concert start time. The lobby doors open approximately one hour before every performance and the auditorium door open approximately 1 hour before the performance.
What about children?
Not all performances are suitable for young children. Babies-in-arms and children under 5 may not be admitted, based on the wishes of the performer and/or the nature of the performance. Please check with Box Office Customer Service Representatives prior to purchasing your tickets.
When can I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up one hour prior to the show beginning at the Box Office.
How great are the acoustics?
We have amazing acoustics! We offer the resources and production capabilities to make any event, a "WOW" event. At the heart of our in-house inventory is a 2.2 million dollar sound, lighting and staging installation.
