Are you interested in becoming an expert in your trade?  Are you personable, work to high standards and are able to follow policies and procedures.  Casino New Brunswick is interested in training new DEALERS!  We offer day and evening classes.  When you are finished your training and are certified to standards, we offer you an exciting and fast pace work environment. The dealer training course runs from 3-5 weeks and is unpaid training.

 When school is out you will be required to maintain a valid NBLGC license.  Punctuality; Attendance; Appearance and Communication are required to succeed in this position.

 Dealers are expected to create a friendly atmosphere by welcoming players to the table, facial expression, tone of voice, greetings and commentary can achieve this.  Novice players should be handled with patience and understanding.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• Certificate (Training provided) or equivalent work experience will be considered
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a valid NBLGC

Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to deal Black Jack by the end of training
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, bilingualism is a definite asset
• Must be available for shift-work, be able to stand for long periods of time
