Systems Administrator / Web Developer

Status: Full Time    |    Department: IT

Summary:

The Operations Support Analyst is responsible for the delivery of application and hardware support activities that include consultation, implementation, troubleshooting and training services of information systems and communication devices. In addition to maintaining existing equipment, the Operations Support Analyst is also accountable for the technical administration of the CasinoNB, and POS network environments, creation of users and installation of equipment following all CasinoNB policies and processes. All communications, systems and networks, Cell phones, iPhone / Android, office phones, ETC along with desk top support and deployment including creation of documentations and Service Level Agreements pertaining to all systems at Casino New Brunswick.

Box Office Cashier

Status: Casual    |    Department: Centre

Summary:

This position is responsible for selling tickets for assigned events. Maintains a professional attitude and appearance to the customers. Provide attentive, cheerful, courteous and professional service to all customers, internal and external, striving to always exceed their expectations.

Dealer Training Course

Status: Part Time    |    Department: Games

Summary:

Are you interested in becoming an expert in your trade? Are you personable, work to high standards and are able to follow policies and procedures. Casino New Brunswick is interested in training new DEALERS! We offer day and evening classes. When you are finished your training and are certified to standards, we offer you an exciting and fast pace work environment. The dealer training course runs from 3-5 weeks and is unpaid training.

FT FOH Supervisor

Status: Full Time    |    Department: Food and Beverage

Summary:

Supervisors provide valuable guidance, lead by example and excel at all facets of people management. Unleash motivation, engage talented people and drive sales for the establishment. Responsible for the effective use of all assigned personnel to achieve maximum operating results, revenue tracking and cost of sales control. Provides direction to staff on an assigned shift

Sous Chef

Status: Full Time    |    Department: F&B - Back of House

Summary:

Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible to assist in leading, coach, motivate and oversee all staff and aspects of the Food & Beverage departmental operations pertaining to the back of house on a daily basis. The Sous Chef will assist in monitoring the back of house departmental budgets and ensure that prudent decisions are made in order ensure operational efficiencies. The work is typified as a full time hands-on Supervisor and includes establishing priorities, developing plans, and ensuring work quality is maintained by staff. The Sous Chef is required to take all necessary precautions to protect the safety and health of workers and ensure that safe work practices are developed and adhered to. Supervision is a large part of the duties of this position and the Sous Chef is required to coordinate the activities of employees doing various tasks within the department.

Guest Service Agent - Hotel

Hotel Night Auditor

Summary:

To provide efficient and courteous service to each guest and operate according to the policies, procedures, quality standards and services established by the management team for the satisfaction of all internal and external guests. Must be willing to work shifts and weekends, if required and be able to work rapidly during busy periods while remaining calm and professional.

Cashier/Hostess
