PT Hotel Room Attendant

Status: Part-Time    |    Department: Hotel Housekeeping

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Team Lead and Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a daily cleaning of guest rooms in accordance with hotel cleanliness standards, policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining good public relations with patrons and co-workers. Adhere to safety and security standards of the Hotel while complying with applicable pre-determined internal control procedures.

PT Slot Attendant

Status: Part-Time    |    Department: Slots

Summary:

Casino Slot Attendants make attending to guests’ needs their number one priority and develop the skills to keep slot machines working smoothly. As the eyes and ears of the gaming floor, you consistently exceed guests’ expectations and create a memorable playing environment that can help give guests that lucky vibe so they stay longer and increase revenues for the casino.

PT Housekeeping Attendant

Status: Part Time    |    Department: Housekeeping

Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant cleans and maintains casino and employee areas in accordance with departmental policies and procedures and New Brunswick Lotteries and Gaming Corporation (NBLGC) terms and conditions. Assist in maintaining good public relations with patrons and co-workers. Adhere to safety and security standards of the Casino while complying with applicable pre-determined internal control procedures.

PT Buffet Runner

Status: Part Time    |    Department: F & B

Summary:

Under the direction of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor, the Buffet Runner is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions within the foodservices department. Specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all dishware, stemware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils that are used for foodservice production and consumption on a daily basis within the buffet areas. The Buffet Runner is also responsible for maintaining sanitary working conditions within the foodservices department/buffet areas including walls, floors, generalised and special cleaning of kitchen equipment, and will adhere to all health and safety practices related to foodservice operations. The Buffet Runner is required to take all necessary precautions to protect and ensure that safe work practices are adhered to. This position involves frequent standing and walking as well as lengthy periods of working with chemicals. This position may require lifting weight of up to approximately 50 lbs.

Prep Cook

Status: Full Time    |    Department: F & B

Summary:

As the go-to person for assisting with food preparation, storage, and ensuring a safe working environment. The Prep Cook masters the tools of the kitchen trade from basic cutlery to oven operations. Working behind the scenes, you will help create memorable dining experiences so guests stay longer and generate positive word of mouth for your establishment.
