What is the age of majority in New Brunswick?
In New Brunswick, you must be 19 or older to enter the Casino and to be served alcohol. Government-issued photo identification is required.
I have mobility issues. Does Casino New Brunswick have wheelchairs?
We do have a small number of wheelchairs available for use on the premises, upon request. Please inquire at Guest Services upon your arrival.

In order to be fair and equitable, we ask that all requests be submitted through a form on our web site. We decide by committee and follow a set of guidelines you can read on the Community Partnerships page of the site. We encourage you to send the request far in advance as the selection committee meets on a monthly basis.

Can I park my motor home overnight if I am playing at the Casino?
Casino New Brunswick welcomes overnight guests travelling in motor homes. We have identified a section of our parking lot where you can park and set up for the night. Once you arrive, check with Security at the main Casino entrance and they will direct you to the designated area.

The best way to treat a friend or loved one at Casino New Brunswick is to offer a gift card. You can purchase a card in any denomination and it can be used throughout the facility, including hotel, spa, restaurants and in the Casino. You can purchase your gift card at the Casino Gift shop in the main Casino lobby. If you prefer, you can call and reserve an "experience" and put it on your credit card. Also, our concierges go the extra mile: flowers? Champagne? Musicians? You got it!
What is the dress code at the Casino?
Casino New Brunswick has a fairly liberal dress code. When you visit, you will likely see people who are dressed for a night on the town and others who are wearing casual shorts and t-shirts. While we like to promote a pleasant, classy atmosphere, we also want our guest to feel comfortable. Shorts, jeans and collarless shirts are permitted.

Since both Casino restaurants -the Buffet and Moose's Wild Pub--are located directly on the gaming floor, access is restricted to guests who are 19 and older. In order to accommodate families, we do offer a children's room service menu at great prices.

Sometimes I hear about a performer coming to Casino New Brunswick but I don't see it on your website until later. Why is that?
We announce shows as soon as we can confirm the details. Sometimes, concert promoters release information to local media before we have the final go-ahead to publicize the event. Once you see a show listed on our Entertainment page and are able to buy tickets, the show has been confirmed!

Do you have to be 19+ to see shows at the Centre?
Most shows at The Centre are not restricted to those who are 19 years of age or older. The event description will clearly state whether or not an event is all ages or not. Casino New Brunswick reserves the right to determine whether an event will be 19 years of age or older. The Centre is attached to the Casino but has its own entrance, completely separate from the Casino.
Can I take pictures during a show?
The Centre at Casino New Brunswick has a "no camera or video" policy for all shows. These rules are meant to protect artist copyright and we are bound by contract to enforce the rules as best we can.
